Refund Policy



If you are materially dissatisfied with Appraiva’s services, we are here to help. Refunds are available under the following conditions:



  • Eligibility: Refunds may be requested within 30 days of payment if you have not received or benefited from any services rendered. If you have received any services, reports or data from us, refunds may be requested within 14 days of the services being rendered.



  • Process: To request a refund, please contact info@appraiva.com. Please provide the email for the account and the reason for the refund request.



Delivery Policy



Appraiva offers digital services, delivered entirely electronically:



  • Delivery Method: All reports and data are delivered electronically via email in a CSV file.



  • Access Time: Reports and data are generally accessible within 24-48 hours after submission of your request, depending on data complexity and processing requirements.



  • Availability: Our services are only available within the United States.



Cancellation Policy



We offer flexible cancellation options for our subscription services:



  • Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will apply.
